If you are buying or building a new home valued up to $750,000, you may be eligible for a First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) of $10,000. Yes! BM built is family owned and operated and we are available to answer any queries throughout the build project.

In most cases a deposit will be required before any work is commenced on your project. By law, your deposit for building work can be no more than:10 per cent, if the total contract price is less than $20,000 or five per cent, if the total contract price is $20,000 or more. We will provide you with a domestic building insurance policy and certificate of currency for your property prior to ensure you are protected.

All new home, extension and renovation building work carried out by BM built is covered by our quality guarantee. This gives you peace of mind that your building project is in the hands of a conscientious and professional building company.

• As a registered building company in Victoria, we stand by our legal obligations with a warranty of up to 10 years on all structural building works.

• Non-structural building works come with a two year warranty as is legally required.

• We place great importance on completing your project on time and on budget, as per agreed terms.

• All of our building works conform to the building code of Australia, and are compliant with the Australian guides and tolerances.

• Timber framing for all of our structures is compliant with Australian Standard 1684.

• All of our building materials are quality guaranteed and sourced from mainstream suppliers and/or retailers. Some materials, like structural steel, come with a warranty from the manufacturer of up to 25 years.
